Ronda is a board certified & licensed massage therapist who has completed all 52 weeks of the CTB year 1 membership. She is also a certified kinesiotape practitioner & has been practicing massage & bodywork since 1983; primarily working with people who have had acute & chronic pain, or who want to increase their range of motion & performance.
I primarily do Deep-Tissue work in a gentle way…applying CTB, Alexander, Feldenkrais & Trigger Point principles to the myofascial work…many people find it gentle enough to sleep through much of the session. I am also certified in Kinesiotape (CKTP+) & Fascial Movement Taping (FMT1) which uses Kinesiology Taping on issues of pain, movement issues, edema, posture, nerve entrapment & scars. Also studying Katy Bowman’s work, (who is a bio-mechanic) I also offer information about how increasing client’s awareness & teaching them about using alignment points, load disbursement & weight transmission within their body will help them to pay better attention to their everyday actions or inactions & positions throughout the day thereby reducing their pain. I enjoy helping my clients reduce pain by learning how to use & support their bodies better. To learn more about the various techniques that I use in my work, please go to: www.amtamembers.com/ronda

I’m a veteran owned business and have been in business since 2014. I’m a Licensed and insured Massage Therapist based out of Norman, Oklahoma. I went to the Wisconsin School of Massage Therapy and graduated July 30, 2014. As a Massage Therapist/ Pain Hacker I provide Relaxing and Therapeutic massages at affordable prices! As a Certified Coaching the Body Upper Body Specialist I also offer Coaching the Body sessions. With the Coaching the Body Sessions you could be moving pain free in as little as 1-3 sessions. The Coaching the Body Sessions interrupt the pain cycle with rapid vibration from a percussion tool, called the Muscle Liberator. This allows the muscles to move with less pain to restore proper range of motion and muscle functionality. I also like to use contract/relax stretches’ within the Coaching the Body sessions. I have taken various classes to increase my knowledge and skills as a Massage Therapist. Some of the classes include Coaching the Body by Chuck Duff, Rock Blading through FMT, Kinesiology taping through FMT, Rock Pods (cupping) through FMT, Myofascial release, Reflexology just to name a few. I can provide Light to Deep pressure and some of my services include: Relaxation (Swedish), Therapeutic/Trigger-point, Deep Tissue, Myofascial release, Geriatric, Rapid Trigger-Point Relief, Assisted Stretching, Coaching the Body, just to name a few. I provide chair massage for events and parties, call for a quote! Would it be OK if you booked your appointment today, Everybody needs a Massage. Remember: Regular Bodywork makes the Body Work!
