Receive Coaching the Body-certified bodywork from Miss Amanda, owner/operator of Inner Lift Yoga, which also offers private yoga lessons and hybrid yoga/bodywork sessions. Our Sanctuary is located on 150 acres of Vermont woods, and you are welcome to hike or snowshoe the trails before or after your session. An outdoor hot tub is also available for a therapeutic soak! During the warm months, your body work will take place outdoors at the edge of the woods in our screened-in Yoga Pagoda – an unforgettable healing experience. Miss Amanda originally trained in Thai Yoga Massage in India in 2016 and has been studying with Chuck Duff since 2017. She has been teaching various styles of yoga since 2005.
