In my practice I focus on getting to the sources of pain through trigger point therapy and orthopedic massage techniques within the broader modality of Thai Bodywork and the Clinical Thai Bodywork methods developed by Chuck Duff et al. I have been working as a therapist since 2005, adding Thai Bodywork to my repertoire in 2009.
Kristy has 10 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and is also a CTB Upper Body and Lower Body Specialist . She has an extensive background in clinical nutrition and exercise as well and a passion for working with people to make them feel their very best! “I thought I was a successful massage therapist before, but after learning the CTB protocol, my results had changed dramatically and have had even greater results at relieving pain and restoring mobility!” Her clinic is located an hour west of Chicago in Newark, IL.
I travel throughout the Chicagoland area, but also work in Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Pompano Beach Boca Raton, Hollywood in Florida.
