Northeast Ohio Clinical Massage is a private practice bodywork studio owned and operated by Kayla Duncan, LMT. In addition to clinical massage therapy, Kayla utilizes Coaching the Body to treat various forms of shoulder dyskinesia. Her specialty focus is treating upper body dysfunction of the head, neck, and shoulders with trigger point therapy.

For many years now, I have devoted myself to helping athletes and others achieve peak performance in their lives by optimizing the functioning of their muscles. I’ve been leveraging my background in nuclear medicine and my initial certification in traditional Thai bodywork with my certification studies over the last several years at the Coaching The Body™ Institute. Coaching The Body™ is a modality based on trigger point therapy and neuroscience that uses pain hacking techniques to quickly restore muscle strength, function and pain-free movement. It involves sophisticated movement-based bodywork techniques combined with therapeutic vibration and neurological distraction to bring muscles back to health faster than anything I’ve seen. As an athletic individual myself, I’m passionate about applying these techniques with amateur and professional athletes and being their secret weapon for success.
