For many years now, I have devoted myself to helping athletes and others achieve peak performance in their lives by optimizing the functioning of their muscles. I’ve been leveraging my background in nuclear medicine and my initial certification in traditional Thai bodywork with my certification studies over the last several years at the Coaching The Body™ Institute. Coaching The Body™ is a modality based on trigger point therapy and neuroscience that uses pain hacking techniques to quickly restore muscle strength, function and pain-free movement. It involves sophisticated movement-based bodywork techniques combined with therapeutic vibration and neurological distraction to bring muscles back to health faster than anything I’ve seen.
