Receive Coaching the Body-certified bodywork from Miss Amanda, owner/operator of Inner Lift Yoga, which also offers private yoga lessons and hybrid yoga/bodywork sessions. Our Sanctuary is located on 150 acres of Vermont woods, and you are welcome to hike or snowshoe the trails before or after your session. An outdoor hot tub is also available for a therapeutic soak! During the warm months, your body work will take place outdoors at the edge of the woods in our screened-in Yoga Pagoda – an unforgettable healing experience. Miss Amanda originally trained in Thai Yoga Massage in India in 2016 and has been studying with Chuck Duff since 2017. She has been teaching various styles of yoga since 2005.

Kristy has 10 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and is also a CTB Upper Body and Lower Body Specialist . She has an extensive background in clinical nutrition and exercise as well and a passion for working with people to make them feel their very best! “I thought I was a successful massage therapist before, but after learning the CTB protocol, my results had changed dramatically and have had even greater results at relieving pain and restoring mobility!” Her clinic is located an hour west of Chicago in Newark, IL.
