The Coaching the Body Sessions interrupt the pain cycle with rapid vibration from a percussion tool, called the Muscle Liberator. This allows the muscles to move with less pain to restore proper range of motion and muscle functionality. I also like to use contract/relax stretches’ within the Coaching the Body sessions.
